On leaving the car park I was asked to pay an additional fee of £100. This was a complete shock as I had paid fully in advance for parking, fortunately It was sorted and the barrier was lifted after a delay. This error in processing caused unnecessary distress.

Didn't quite go as smoothly as last time. Initially I had a problem paying for the parking, that got resolved (So I thought) via a call to customer services. However when on leaving the car park the barrier wouldn't go up and the screen said I owed £100. It was resolved with the attendant once I'd found my confirmation of booking email. Sort of thing you don't want to messed with at 11pm.

Went to leave the car park at Liverpool Airport with the exit ticket and was advised had to pay £100:00 surcharge. Had to go to the Car park office to get it rectified.

Arrived at John Lennon Airport and took my ticket, parked up all ok. On my return I put my ticket in at the exit barrier, the barrier did not lift as it was saying I owed £85.00 for my 4 day stay. I had pre-paid before I arrived, I pressed the buzzer for help only to be told I hadn't booked I quoted my booking reference number again to be told i hadn't a booking. Eventually after giving more information the barrier lifted but it didn't go down to well and would re-consider booking again.

Everything was so smoothly, just as advertised. I have used car park booked through holiday extras before and this time was even better, availability of spaces was better, no issues at the barrier. I already booked another two car park stays at different airports for this year.

The barrier didn't lift as it said it would so we had to take a ticket and when we returned we had to put the ticket in the machine to be told we had to pay 90 pound. Anyway the man sorted it. ALSO the lounge was closed at liverpool which we found out about prior to travel but tried to get in touch with yourselves to let you know but the on line chat was just not working at all on many attempts

We parked at the Liverpool long stay airport carpark. The whole process went very smoothly. There was plenty of parking space available, and just a short walk to the airport terminal. The booking process was straightforward, and our vehicle was recognised automatically at the entrance/exit barrier. We will definitely park here again.

The car parking was very convenient and everything worked fine. The only problem with booking this through Holiday Extras was being bombarded with emails telling me to book what I had already booked or offering me other services I didn't need.

Long stay car park at Liverpool is an absolute disgrace. Litter and glass bottles everywhere. I .moved 5 bottles from.near my car to the pavement behind my space next to a lamppost, they were still there 11 days later ????
