On exiting the car park after our holiday the barrier wouldn’t raise telling us we owed £100 when we had already paid for parking with you. We then we pressed the button to get assistance and he confirmed we had paid, so why on Earth didn’t the barrier raise to let us go through, really could have done without the hassle!

My paid for booking was cancelled the day before we travelled. IT then took more than 30 minutes to have this corrected. On my return the car park barrier would not open, this is the second time the barrier would not open on my return from holiday. At our age 93 and 82 we could do without this.

I had to change my booking dates by 1 day back, but was unable to do so online or from calling Holiday extras believing the car park to be full. I cancelled the booking and re booked with the voucher from the cancelation no problem

The 1st occasion resulted in me taking a ticket & on my return wanted to charge me £85.00 . Then last week again the barrier didn't rise so I pressed for assistance and was told NOT to press the button, so if you have a problem press for assistance.

The car park was perfectly placed and easy to find. I had two different cars booked. As I returned from Geneva I was treated with a message on screen saying I owe £85.00. The other bookEd car placed The ticket in and the barrier went up. After discussing with the guy on the call button for 15 mins he agreed I had a booking. ????.

The postcode took me to an off airport car park so my experience began badly, but then I got through to someone on the one very quickly who was very efficient finding my booking within seconds and guiding me back onto the airport and into the correct car park. All in all I was very happy with eh convenience of parking so close to the terminal, in particular, when arriving back in the UK after my trip.
