Ticket Machine wasn't working but there was a member of staff at the barrier who advised to quote booking reference at barrier on way home - I did this and had no problems

As always at Liverpool Airport, the bar did not automatically lift. Had to speak on intercom. At first the individual (not helpful) could not find the booking. When I insisted he look again he found it. Difficulty in finding a parking place.

Easy to change my booking details, twice ( new car reg/ Ryanair change flight time) as chose flex option. Straight in/ straight out no issues. Did not see any staff anywhere! Been several times- never seen staff!

All went ok till coming out off car park exit badly marked for night time ,Licence plate recognition does not automatically work have to press for help wich can cause delay

All ok until we returned the car back. The barrier was down and we were not informed of the code to release barrier. Had to park up a few metres away and run in to ask for the code, by which time there were several cars waiting to go in. Then the office had closed so had to hand in the keys to Sixt instead of Europcar. The lady at Sixt was helpful and said she would hand over the keys when office re-opened. (There was no box outside the Europcar office to put the keys into either).

When we left the car park the gate did not open and it claimed that we owed £95 to exit. After discussion with the person on duty we were able to exit without additional payment but it appears that the automatic car recognition number system at the entrance did not give us the correct ticket.

No real problems when parking my car. However when I returned to pick up my car I had problems. When I put my ticket in the machine to get out of the car park the barrier would not go up. It came up on the machine I owed £80. When I pressed the buzzer on the machine the man said I wasn't registered with them. He was very abrupt with me asking me for my ref no which I didn't have. I had to phone my daughter at work and ask her to go on my e mails and try and get it for me which she did . The man had gone off the intercom so I had to buzz again I had to wait again for him to answer. I gave him the ref no he once again was very abrupt. The barrier wa lifted and before I could get out the barrier went down again. So I buzzed again the same man answered very abruptly. I eventually got out. When I booked the car park I paid extra for rapid security checks. As I've not seen this I would like this refunded .

Your booking was fine but carpark difficult to figure nd on returning home. No map of carparks and information desk shut at 7pm. No staff or even police to ask.

Ryanair cancelled my flight at 9pm the night before I was due to fly, they have refunded my money, however when I contacted your company 10pm the night before my flight, I was told because it was within 24 hrs of my flight there would be no refund. I did not cancel Ryanair did therefore why will you not credit the money I paid,? I would not recommend your company to anyone.

We have used both Manchester and Liverpool and feel that Manchester lounge has more variety in offer food wise like salads pastas flans Liverpool was limited
