Easy to book and easy to use. Will use in future. On the collapse of XL our holiday was cancelled at short notice, however, Holiday Extra changed our car park arrangements from Manchester airport to Liverpool airport without any hesitation - well done for being so responsive to an already dire situation.

Booking through Holiday Extras was quick and easy to do. The only problem was with Liverpool airport as the instructions to use the credit card for the car park barrier did not work due to their computer system failing.

On entering the car park the machine at the gate refused my Maestro bank card as i had paid on the internet, so i had to resort to taking a ticket. I reported the matter to the out gate attendant, and true to his word everything was sorted on my return. Thanks Gary
