Everything went like clockwork, although the car part was very busy, but it was a Friday! After taking an hour to get through security the Lounge was a welcome haven, nice and quiet and serving a great Rose wine!

We booked airport parking, excellent instructions given. The only slight mishap was the machine did not accept the card on our departure from the car park & we had to make contact using the telephone provided. However, this took only a few minutes.

Everything went smoothly. The car park was extremely busy and we had to search for a vacant parking slot. It would help if there were some clearly signposted reserved spaces or a member of staff to indicate where a space was available.

Very easy to find. Car park 1 was within 5 mins walk to the airport. On return our car had broken down and no extra charge was made for the extra 2 hours stay. The lady on the phone line was helpful.

Thank you.. we had a slight problem when we returned as the ticket wouldn't open the barrier and also said that we owed money. This was quickly resolved by pressing the button and the car park attendant sorted it out for us and very quickly too.

I had to press the intercom when trying to exit the car park on my return as the machine incorrectly showed I owed ?82. Two friends had previously had the same problem so I was forewarned. Otherwise no problems.

Whenever I book my parking, I type in my Reg No of BM 5354. Your E-mail confirmation shows it as such, but when I arrive at the barrier I have yet to get in without speaking to an operative. He/she then sends me a ticket with my Reg No printed on it as BMS 354, which is why I can't get in. If when I book next time it works, then you will get a 10 and a gold star.

We were some of the many holiday makers stranded abroad and it was such as lovely gesture not to have to pay for the extra parking. After having occured substantial costs while away it was a bit of a bonus not to have to pay for extra parking.

With the car park at Liverpool airport using vehicle number recognition technology, exiting the car park is no hassle - just put the entry ticket into the ticket slot at the exit barrier. No queues at a payment machine to get the ticket validated. No need to insert the payment card.

The parking was close to the terminal at Liverpool Airport and there was no problem entering or exiting. There was no need to que at a ticket machine as a camera read the car registration and allowed you to exit. Quick, easy and convenient.

No problems with the online service at all. The airport (Liverpool) need a better system of parking cars as you have to look all over for a spot, alsowe were nearly charged leaving the airport because they had the incorrect reg logged even though the correct reg was given again this was handled fairly quickly. Car recognition did not work so we couldn't leave car park at end of stay. We had to go back to terminal to get ticket verified. A real pain when you're tired at end of holiday and just want to get home as quickly as possible

The parking arrangements are excellent, no problem with ANPR. One small drawback, it is a bit of a walk to the terminal for someone who has any kind of walking problems. I personally would book into carpark 1 on my next visit

Our car was not recognised at the barrier on arrival - not too big a deal, however, on leaving it did not recognise the ticket we had been issued and showed us owing payment. This matter was easily addressed via the intercom but an unnecessary and annoying blip.
