The walk to the airport terminal is quite a distance especially in inclement weather and pedestrian walkways should be better signposted

couldn't get off car park and too dark to see phone button. So read instructions which said go to office. parked up again and heard someone else on phone on exit machine. used it and so eventually got off carpark.

We parked at Long Stay 2 in Liverpool Airport. Our flight back was cancelled by Ryanair due to the French air traffic controllers strike meaning that we couldn't get a flight back to Liverpool. I rang Holiday Extras from Spain.

This is an excellent service which I will use every time. You just drive up to the car park, press the button and the machine gives you a ticket with your car reg on and lifts the barrier. On return you just put the ticket in the machine.

the hotel room was excellent. The breakfast was a farce. No bread, no cutlery, hardly any hot food. No cups. Not what I expect from a Hilton Hotel, They were severely understaffed and promised a refund which i am still waiting to receive.

No. your direcrtion on the map are totally different from the written directions. If you have a look at the position of the car park on your site map it is totally opposite the actual car park, which was very confusing

number plate recognition did not work and no-one answered the intercom which meant we had to waste time on our return going to have the ticket validated

no problems with getting in / out car park, easy to find. The only problem was we had to use overflow car park and with two babies under 2 without puschair it was a bit of a long walk. but other than that everything was excellent. Will use again
