Very helpful on the telephone when booking and explained everything very clearly. When we got to turkey we had come out of the airport and couldnt find our taxi, rang up customer services and they were very helpful as to what we needed to do.

the only problem was on the return, stated 30 mins to the airport but took 1hr 15 mins after going all over the island to pick up everybody else

The only fault I would say is that nowhere in the paperwork did it stipulate that we needed to be in Terminal 2 at Nice Airport for our return flight so we wasted 30 minutes waiting in the wrong terminal. Other than that the holiday was faultless.

you would have got a 10, last time i booked i bought fast track for liverpool airport, this time it was not on offer, if you had put a note on your site about the building work and it not being availavle you would have a 10!
