Pleased with ease of parking but our number plate wasn't recognised. The email instructions were not clear Staff were helpful and both issues were very easily sorted

Only booked car parking at Liverpool Airport, but it was easy to book and when I accidently booked for 3 weeks instead of 2, it was easy to change online and when I rang to check that I had been reimbursed for the extra week, I spoke to a very helpful lady and she said I had.
