I have used this service several times now & all has gone smoothly, with only a small hiccup once when I arrived too early. This was quickly resolved by staff. Now I always book 1.5hour before my estimated departure and allow for departure one hour after I land is case there is a delay & all has gone perfectly.

Everything went very smoothly. The car registration was recognised when we arrived, we took the ticket and the barrier lifted. It is only a short walk to the terminal. On our return we put the ticket in the machine, the barrier lifted and we were on our way.
