Barrier broken in car park. Did not recognise number plate. Had to press buzzer for help going in and going out on return from holiday.

No problems at all, the member of staff waiting at the barrier when we were leaving was very helpful. We were worried about the car reg recognition possibly not working which would be a real hassle after travelling but when we saw him we felt reassured and as it turned out the barrier worked after a few seconds delay.

Used the long stay car park. Cost was very reasonable and everything worked without a hitch. Saw cars stopped at exit obviously having problems, from my experience it was possibly of their own making, ie. lost ticket, not taking their booking confirmation etc.

Very pleased and excellent parking at Liverpool airport.Perhaps you need to warn drivers coming from the M56 have problems due to work on the Runcorn Bridge and the diversion signs ares useless!

Price buster car park. We have used this service before. It is a short walk from the parking area to the airport, (no more than 10 minutes even from the furthest part of the car park. Prices are very reasonable and I would use you again.
