The car park was as stated close to the airport which was great as no additional time needed to be allowed to catch busses after parking to get you to the check in desk. The barier recognised the number plate as a pre booked car so no paperwork needed to be produced.Everything went smoothly.

DID EXACTLY WHAT IR SAID ON THE TIN! BOOKED TO LEAVE CAR FOR 7 DAYS. INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO DRIVE UPTO BARRIER WHICH WOULD RAISE AUTOMATICALL ... AND IT DID! KEPT TICKET UNTIL WE GOT BACK, AND JUST INSERTED IT ON WAY OUT ... AND BARRIER ROSE AGAIN ... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

car park is located close to the airport, easy access, no problems gaining entry with number plate recognition, have used before and will definately use again. Good service.

The site was a little difficult to find and poorly signposted, however once we arrived it was easy to park and then to get to the airport. There were no staff on site either on arrival or departure however none were needed.

Only problem experienced was when trying to leave Liverpool airport car park on return from two weeks holiday. Barrier would not accept car park ticket and let us leave and demanded £120 for car park fees. Fortunately I had booking reference number and on contacting staff on intercom we were allowed to leave

The only problem we encountered was on our return to Liverpool airport we didn't realise we needed the booking confirnaion to validate our car park ticket so we could exit, this we had on my phone which had run out of battery life and therefore was in my case!!! otherwise the service was excellent many thanks we look forward to using holiday extras again soon

I have used your company on many occasions previously and have always been very satisfied with the facilities provided. The information on the website with regard to each different price category was very accurate. I chose the Long Stay Car Park which is withing walking distance of the airport because as a lone traveller, and travelling in the evening, I need the reassurance of a secure, well lit facility.
