we were one of those who had a dreadful holiday due to a cancellation from Easyjet at extremely short notice. Our car was parked for 3 hours at the most in Glasgow, a booking for a week. Holiday extras refused even a partial refund or voucher which I think is very poor . Flight was cancelled so had to return to the car park to go back home but Holiday Extras would not credit, rebook or refund my 3 day stay despite being at the airport for four hours. Their customer service was a joke.

Easy to book car parking and very easy to find using postcode provided. Car park was secure with friendly, helpful staff. The shuttle bus runs frequently and we were dropped off and picked up promptly. The first time I've ever left my car at an airport whilst on holiday but would definitely use skyport again.

Efficient friendly service. Big queue on return and a bit of disgruntlement in the queue when a minibus turned up but this was followed by two other vehicles in quick succession. Hats off to respectful, good humoured staff.

I would have given 8 stars if your people carrier provided a step to help us oldies get into it. I had a struggle which resulted in my injuring my foot. Apart from that, we were happy with Skyport.

The drivers and staff at Skyport were very friendly and helpful. I could have no complaint on that score. On return to Glasgow there was a large crowd at bus stance 4 and there appeared to be some confusion about who was being picked up by what company. It struck me that having 7 companies using this one pick up point was not very helpful in keeping some sort of order.

I always use Skyport for business trips and personal holidays. They are way cheaper than parking in the airport. The buses are super quick and everytime I have been returning there is always a bus waiting at the pick up point, it takes no time at all to get to the airport and it saves you trying to figure out how to get around Glasgow Airport and park the car somewhere. The staff are helpful and the bus drivers are always very pleasant. Plus you get the best discounts by using holiday extras!

Arrived early. No problems. Parked car. Very busy car park. Had to park quite a bit away from pick up point. Car parking spaces could do with some of them being renumbered. Most of the numbers have worn away. Quick transfer to the airport. Arrived back in Glasgow. Call made and pick up was there in about 5 minutes. Short journey back to the car and off home again. Excellent service and a good price also. If they can be competitive with prices we will definitely use this sevoice again.

The only keep your own keys airport car park I could find in Glasgow. Easy booking, straight forward arrival and transfer to airport. Followed instructions on return to Glasgow and phoned the number provided. As always at Glasgow airport, baggage reclaim was running 30 minutes behind and unfortunately there were 4 flights collecting baggage at the same time. This led to a sizeable queue forming at the collection point. 4 mini busses arrived within 10 minutes and whisked everyone back to collect their cars. Would definitely use SkyPort again.
