Despite our flight being delayed by 22 hours there was no hassle when we collected the cars, there was no quibble regarding additional payment etc.

Very slick and efficient as usual. Only drawback was the time standing in the cold waiting for the bus to appearon return from Cyprus. The difference in the weather conditions was forcibly brought home !!!
