Everything was as described, the only comment I have is that the bus to pick us up on the return journey did not appear to be dispatched until after I made the call from the airport. This meant us standing outside for 15 or so minutes waiting. Given that the flight was declared when we checked in, it should have been possible for the bus to be waiting for passengers

Incorrect booking-in procedure on website and confirmation.Upon arrival back had to wait 45 minutes and 3 phone calls later to be picked up.Another 10 families also had to wait an excessive amount of time for pick up.Staff (driver)very unhelpful - made us feel like he was doing us a favour.

Having used Airparks Previously and now Skyport over many years and as a Travel Agent also recommended to our customers we were upset at how things have changed. When we arrived very early and Dark in the morning we were allocated far from reception in the middle of a large puddle and had to walk back with Luggage. On our return again having to wait a while for the bus (Despite ringing when we Landed) we were left at reception to walk to our car. When I asked the Driver why did not take us to our car he was quite short with me and said his bus was to big. I chose Skypark (which was more expensive than others) as I have always been Happy with the service but will not use or recommend again unless I have a positive response to my complaint.

We were asked to call when we were collecting out bags which we did then we waited over 40 mins for a bus. On the way to Glasgow airport we were told its a straight run from the car park to the airport no it wasn't we stopped at 4 more car parks which then left us running late! I am not happy about this experience!!

Facilities very good. Car parking easy. Only negative was the wait we had getting a bus back to car park on arrival at glasgow airport. 25 mins seems a long time after all the waiting already done in airports and flight time. Called office to be told bus had been waiting at stance 2, but all docs clearly state correct place to wait is 4 or 5.

Very helpful. One small complaint which is the car park itself. On first arrival we had no idea we were parked so far from the main building so had to struggle with our luggage through the car park in not so nice weather. It was also very difficult to locate where we had parked the car in bad light when we returned.

We did not get picked until 30 mins after we collected our cases. it was also by another bus company. we landed at 1.30 am picked up cases at 2.10 am and had trouble getting through on the phone. not impressed with their service.

Good facilities everything is so easy to organise. Good online booking service and telephone. Staff deal promptly with questions are polite and helpful. Transfers to and from airport fast and often. Recommend to anyone have used twice recently brilliant facilities and service.

excellent facilities, need to improve on communication on return from holiday ie skyport labelled buses (direct parking took us back to the car park). Some passengers were confused.

Easier to find than I thought. The huge sign at the end of the road was a great help - maybe another earlier on in the street would help given that there are other similar car parks in the area. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back.

We were kept waiting at airport on arrival home for 15 minutes till bus came, then bus sat for about another 10 minutes waiting on passengers who never came to bus any one we have booked before are always quicker than yourself, then at car park at 2am in morning had to walk far away from office to get car, what if a woman is on her own my suggestion is if it is a night flight why can't your staff put cars nearer their office not happy at all with set up and was not worth £42 so won't park with yourselves again, yous need to look at the parking areas.

Entrance system was slightly confusing as it was not actually in use when we arrived so having the space displayed was not necessary. I would also say I was a bit unsure of whether to wait for my partner to pick up the car on our return or if I should go with him as this was not the case on our arrival. Lovely friendly helpful staff all round and a smooth transition from parking to airport just as we wanted. Would definitely use again.

The email we were sent gave us the wrong postcode causing us to be pushed for time for our flight after taking ages to find the car park. Not the car parks fault as when I got through to them they gave me the correct information just a little disappointed in holiday extras

Your service was excellent, when I arrived and parked my car the transport turned up and I was whisked away to the airport and arrived 10 minutes later, on my return the transport was already waiting, perfect 😀

Skyport service was good. Friendly staff, pick up and drop off service was great. I didn't even need to wait for a bus. On my way Coming back bus was already there to pick me which made me happy as it was heavily raining. Will use it again.

The only problem we had was when we got back to the car after our holiday it was covered in bird excrement and what looked like chicken carcass bones! The bonnet was all scratched by what we presume are birds claws. Apparently there's a dump nearby and seagulls scavenge there. Car needs t-cutting but will hopefully be ok. Would suggest avoiding this area of car park if at all possible and maybe getting pest control in for seagulls.

All went very smoothly. Staff helpful and especially liked the fact that the neighbouring carpark bus (Park and ride) offered us a lift back as he was already at the airport having done a drop off. Saved waiting for our own bus. The only improvement could be that there was no confirmation from the pick up answer phone service that a pick up had been ordered, I.e. After collecting baggage and phoning the given number, selecting option 2, there was silence. A reply like " thank you, your bus will be along shortly" would have been reassuring.

The only problem I had was finding the parking plot. The post code on Skyports website was wrong therefore, my sat nav took me to the wrong area. I called Skyport and was told there had been a few problems with the area postcode. It could make someone late for a flight or worse miss it. Thankfully I done a practice run the day before. Other than that everything was good.
