Very pleased with service, shuttle bus was prompt with both drop off and pick up. It was a walk to and from the allocated car parking space in the far corner of the car park to reception/collection point - fortunately the weather was dry.

We had to wait 25 minutes before the transport arrived to take us back to the park where our car was. It was bitterly cold. Also, the bus drops everyone off at the gatehouse/office. Other parking companies which we have used have dropped us off as near to our car as possible. We had quite a long walk to get to our car on a very cold night.

Disappointed with device particularly on return, had to wait over quarter hour for pick up at airport, driver unhelpful and when dropped back at car park no help given or instructions on how to leave. Unlikely to use Skyport again will find other airpark

postcode in satnav took us out of way to carpark and into parking at block of flats. after noting allocated space, attendant said we could park anywhere.

The address was burnbrae drive, but I drove to the end of burnbrae drive, and it wasn't there. I then drove past Parksafe, and found it there. They could do with a sign at the corner of Parksafe. I mentioned this to the girl at Skyport and she agreed.

we were directed to a slot number in the brown zone, the site is poorly lit, the zone signs are poor and not illuminated either. when we used this car park before there was a pick up and drop off near your parking location which is no longer done yet the price has been increased. When we returned the drivers could not even direct us to the zone. The bus was all round the area at various car parks before we were dropped off.

Holiday extras makes things a lot easier when booking airport car parking and the car parking itself it super easy drive up and get issued a space and catch the bus to the airport as easy as that...

On arrival everything was great. On the return, we landed, got our bags and called as said. We were first at the bus stop but as we didn't know which stop to use either 4 or 5. We stood at 5 with a queue behind us. Then a queue formed at no4 and the bus picked them up with no room for the rest of us. Had to then wait for another bus, with 3children late at night in the cold considering we were first at either stop this was rather annoying. One stop no would help people that have been there longest, get first service. So all in all although the first bus arrived 21mins after i called, we took 40mins from airport to car.

More frequent buses when busy. Have all drivers use similar etiquette. Our driver on the way out was brilliant, polite, helped with bags, etc.; driver on way back was verging on rude, no help at all.
