The infant seat was not secure and we felt happier holding the baby on the lap. I would require greater assurance before booking a baby seat. Otherwise the process could not be faulted

This has been my second time using Skyport. It is cost efficient and I will definitely suggest it to anyone. There is plenty of parking spaces to choose from. I didnt have to wait long from the parking to the airport but unfortunately I waited more than 15 -20 minutes on my return. Apart from that, the staff were really helpful.

If I be honest I can’t find anything to complain about 1st class service, driver helped on and off with all suitcases, bus waited for everyone over the moon with sky port will be using again

A comfortable place good location and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed Let down only by lack of water for hot showers and noisy neighbours renovating the apartment

Staff were very helpful. The bus was there to take us to the airport, and quickly arrived at the airport to takw us to the carpark on our return. I had to phone from Barra and add an extra day to my parking which was done promptly with only an additional charge of £5

Yes. The only thing was it was dark (and wet) when I got back and my feet got soaked cos I couldn't see the puddles on the way back to the car. Some lights would've helped.

When I stepped off the shuttle bus it raining very heavy, thus, by the time I got to my car I was left absolutely drenched. Therefore I would suggest to improve your services,for your drivers to drop us off at our cars. Otherwise great service.

Front gate didn't open on arrival and the callpoint didn't work so I had to get out the car and walk to the office to ask for the fate to be opened. From that point on everything went smoothly.

Perfect on outward trip! I returned later than expected-in the dark after it had been snowing heavily. The woman in the office suggested I leave my suitcase there while I went to get my car. It took a while to clear the snow then I drive round the parking for ages until I found my way out. I thought the signage was poor and thought perhaps someone should have cleared the snow?

We booked sky port parking at Glasgow airport. They were fantastic a service second to none. I rang and requested to book in earlier that I said by 8 hours willing to pay but they did not charge me. We were then delayed in our flights by 8 hrs but I called them and agin no charge. We only waited 7 mins for them to pick us up from airport . I will defiantly use them again what a service. Thank you to all at sky port Glasgow airport and happy new year.

Hotel was fantastic only issue was the airport transfer, we had to wait over a hour for the ‘ Liverpool ‘ flight then the transfer took over 2 1/2 hours...... not good.

My only issue was that it took almost twenty minutes for the bus to arrive after I called, and then we sat for another ten before actually leaving for the carpark. I understand that buses could be in transit between the two sites when I call, but this is not the first time that the advertised 'six minutes' has been stretched.

As a return customer I found the facilities to be spotless and well maintained as on prior visits. The staff were cheery, friendly and helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. The service was faultless and so conveniently located near to the airport. All went very smoothly from arriving at the barrier dropping off the car,transfer bus was waiting at airport in less than 10 mins .Return just as good bus arrived only a couple of mins after I phoned on the road home in no time. Thank you
