Staff knew our return flight number and arrival time but transfer bus not there until everyone else on the flight had been picked up on time by NCP, DirectParking etc coaches. How wonderful to be first out of baggage reclaim then stand in a cold. wet night and see everyone leave.

Parking with Skyport was a very good experience. The service was efficient and good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was particularly impressed when the shuttle bus driver carried my luggage to my car.

So easy to find skyport and found a space just behind the reception area. Staff all friendly and helpful even at 5am! Return shuttle bus was waiting on us too. Perfect and will definitely use this car park again.

Quick and straightforward with helpful staff. No waiting around for shuttle bus, it always seems to be there to take us more or less right away. Have used Skyport a few times and will continue to use them while their prices are most competitive.

1. You need to resolve issues re Postcode and Satnav not aligning. Also facility has no road number so putting in the road does not fully help. 2. Some guidance on driving in about where there are open parking places will be helpful. 3. Lighting in parking area could be better. In the dark it was difficult to read the numbers painted on the ground and to see the car. Staff at reception at arrival was excellent and very helpful.

Pick up easily at Rome airport and dropped off at very central hotel Driver was profession and very friendly and provided information that we required Whilst in hotel we had reminders regarding pick up which was reassuring Pick up driver was spot on time and dropped us off at correct terminal Speaking to people at hotel they were equivalent cost travelling on their own power Would not hesitate to use again

The driver for swift park was extremely helpful and cheerfull. Provided such an enjoyable ride back to the depot. He even went out of his way to carry the bags to the other side of the road. It’s such a shame though. People refuse to tip somebody who is so helpful. Yet spend hundreds on holidays to go abroad. Even if everybody in bus gave him £1 he would have made £20. Which he deserved. I gave him a couple of pounds as did another courteous customer.

Excellent service to and from the airport. One suggestion to improve the service would be to drop off at or near your car ie introduce bus stops. Unfortunately we arrived home to heavy snow and then had some difficulty in finding the car in the snow as bay numbers etc were covered.
