Staff at the car park were very polite and smiley, this made the experience enjoyable. Felt very safe on the transfer bus, although one of the windows kept doubdibg like it was gonna fall out....it didn't lol. We fly a couple of times a year from Glasgow and this is the 2nd time we have used Skyport, will def be using again. Thank you

Staff were helpful and park quite easy to find however on returning from our holiday we had to wait 25 mins after ringing skyport for a bus to return to car park.although bus driver was very nice and helpful the window I sat next to was rattling and rain coming in !!!I'm sure part of it was taped in and felt as though it was going to drop out !!!!

Car Park was hard to find. Not signposted. The instructions were to enter the post code on sat nav but that only took me to the general area. Early in the morning it was extremely difficult to see where the car park was located. I decided to wait for one of their shuttle busses returning from a drop off at the airport to follow it to the car park.

I booked to park my car at Glasgow airport from 1-8 August but when I went to print it out I noticed that it had booked me into Edinburgh airport from 31 July till 7 August. I emailed straight away but it was late at night so I phoned in the morning and was told that since it was already 31 July that I couldn’t get it changed and would have to pay again to park at Glasgow airport on the dates I wanted. As I was flying the next day and did not have much time I had no option but to pay again to park at Glasgow even though I had already paid for parking.

Booked online. Turned up, checked in at reception, found parking space. Bus transfer to airport. On return, bus was at pick up point. Returned and picked up car. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The whole process couldn't have been any simpler. First time I've used airport parking, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Totally hassle free. Drove in, parked car, shuttle bus was there waiting and got to the airport. On the return, phoned the number and left details. Within 5 mins the shuttle bus was there for us and took us back to the car park. Wee hint for anyone - take a photo of your car and the space number and it makes it easier to find on your return journey. If I hadn’t I might have forgotten where I parked as the car park is huge.

Found great price through Holiday Extras for Skyport Parking. Never used them before so didn’t know what to expect. On arrival were met by 2 smiling friendly gents who advised us in the procedure. They then took luggage from the vehicle and escorted my wife & kids to the waiting bus. After I parked up I then joined them then on the bus to the airport. We were fiven a contact card with details on what to do on our arrival back. Once back we phoned and were met straight away at agreed point, again friendly driver assisted with cases and within a few minutes were back at the parking. It was so simple, so fast, so friendly and 1st class service.

Facilities excellent. Long wait for pickup on return as first van full. You have bigger buses so use them. You know how many people etc so why use a pick up that's too small?
