I was very happy with my experience of the car park. All went as planned. There was a bus waiting for us on our arrival and we were taken to the car park in around 10 minutes. Will use again when flying from Glasgow.

The staff and transfers were good. However last time I used this car park which was a number of years ago you used to be dropped off at your car by the bus. I had to walk quite some distance which was a shame after travelling. Everything else was goid

Very efficient service, clean facilities and friendly staff with a good price. Only very minor down side was that they could do with a few extra signs showing which way the exit is when you pull out of your parking space. We would definitely use again.

Parking my car at Skyport was easy and smooth. Staff friendly. Bus there straight away to drop me at the airport and even though on my way back my flight was delayed by an hour and a half the bus was there to take me back to the car park. No problem

Excellent service, smooth efficient transfer to and from airport. Fortunately we were parked near the terminal. However , it’s a very large Carpark and pick up/ drop off is at the terminal, so if it was a wet day customers could get soaked getting to and from their cars. I wonder on bad days, would the bus drop customers near their cars

We booked our car in for a week with no issues, 5 minte drive to and from the airport, the bus was even waiting for us outside the airport, which was a bonus as it was 4.30am

Good car park. However on the way we took the wrong car by accident and had to travel back home to swop cars. Would be useful if there was a 24 hour number to call to check if it was ok to change cars. But that was my error. Friendly staff. Very quick transfer. Easy to use.

When I arrived home and went to get the bus, I arrived at the bus stop just as the bus was about to pull away and I waved to the female driver to stop and she just shrugged her shoulders and drove on. What kind of service is this? It's absolutely ridiculous and I then had to wait 20minutes for the next bus, I wouldn't go with this company again if this is how they treat their paying customers. Waiting outside in the cold for 20minutes, when all I wanted to do was just get home. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company if that is the kind of customer service they provide.

Very disappointed with sky port- would not book again! The driver thought it was a good idea to take everybody's name at 3.15am. The bus was full and half of the names were not on the list. Common sense would say to just take everyone to the car park as surely you would not get on a sky port bus if you did not previously pay/have a car at the car park. This was really time consuming and a very slow process when all you want after a long flight is to get to your car for the ongoing journey. I will not be booking with sky port again and will definitely use parking direct on future trips as this was a much smoother process when previously used.

First time using yourselves and was a little bit surprised at the system. Staff were nice upon checking in and advised I should just park anywhere and return for the bus. On trying to hand in my keys I was informed "it doesn't work that way". The bus driver and quality of transport was great considering my wife uses a wheelchair. Far better than minibuses!! On return home 7 days later I called main number and bus was there within minutes. In fact your driver actually called us later to check where we were. The only issues I had was whilst on holiday were (1) I had the keys and (2) other driver's parking. I was concerned that a fellow visitor may park badly or strike my vehicle. This made me concerned that there was no system to catch any such driver and that I may return to a car with flashing lights/alarm for a few days, possibly even 7 days and therefore a flat battery as there was no way your staff could stop it. Unfortunately to be proven right, a BMW had parked next to me at such an angle that the wing mirrors were touching and I could not get in my drivers door!! At 12.30am, pitch black and cold, I had to climb though my passenger side and slowly squeeze out after cancelling my electric wing mirrors. As I say overall staff and bus were great but because of the keys/parking situation, I am slightly hesitant to use yourselves again.

The booking and process of dropping off and pick up is great. The shuttle to and from the terminal is very good, and better than other similar services I’ve used. When dark, the car park could be better illuminated.

Waited a long tome at Glasgow airport,I think you should try and have one spot only for your buses,as with so many waiting for different companies it was totally unorganised chaos and tempers flared,when only one bus came for too many to get on
