Everything went very well. The parking was very easy with a regular bus service that took you to the terminal. The No.1 Lounge was a nice way to start the holiday stress free.

When we arrived the NPR camera didn't recognise my car so I had to take a ticket manually which meant on my return I had to talk to the operator to exit the car park

Flight was cancelled and I had to return home for two days before another flight was arranged. It was rather disappointing that you weren't prepared to refund the days not used. Particularly as we are regular customers!!

Our ticket didn't work on exit even though I'd prepaid so I had to go to customer services. They found booking and amended ticket but didn't apologise for the mix up.

System worked well enough but finding car in the dark and rain was a challenge and no-one around to help. Also signage for the exit from the car park in the dark and in heavy rain was not clear.

Everything went smoothly this time, but on previous times I have used your service from LGW. The busses didn't run at minute intervals (as stated) and on 1 occasion I almost missed my flight.

Well worth paying the little bit extra to park our car ourselves and have it right next to the airport. Didn't have to wait around as the bus transfer service is so regular and felt comfortable with security arrangements at the car park. Will definitely use again

More exact location details of long stay car park would be useful to enable pre journey planning. Also at this car park there are 2hours free parking so you can get into the long stay easily enough whether pre booked or not, a different matter when it's time to leave!

I came back to my car on arrival to find the back bumper had been banged into with a white vechile leaving its paint tarnish on my Black BMW. I was very disappointed and reported it to a member of the team and they could not assist me. Absolutely appauling and not sure if i would ever use this service again.
