I have used your very convenient facilities many times before and as usual they were eccellent again. My wife has walking difficulties and having the coach pick us up promptly is a great help.

did not like being deposited on the ground floor of the terminal and negotiating the ramp with heavy cases. Previously dropped off at upper level which was much more convenient

Bit of a pain that the paperwork said to go to upper forecourt on return but it had changed to lower. Other than that great service and love the drive in drive out format with no need to get out of car.

Holiday Extras very quick and easy way to book you airport parking. Adjustments to booking were made instantly by very helpful staff. Long Stay Park Plus. This is the 3rd time we have used this car park when leaving from the south terminal at Gatwick everything went smoothly. Car was waiting behind reception upon our return.

I have used Holiday Extras for the past couple of years, and never have a problem. Staff very polite, given pricise directions to my car, nothing ever seems to much for them. Buses are regular, maximum I have ever had to wait is 10 mins.

Booking supersaver plus parking was supposed to make our life easier (at 4am!) instead we had to queue for over 20 minutes to check the car in & then queue for over 10 minutes to collect the car on our return. We will not be booking it again!

The parking was great and we got parked and to the airport in 15 minutes which was amazing. We had two problems, firstly the car wouldnt start but a member of staff was available to jump the car at 12am at night. Secondly, we stupidly took a ticket despite paying in advance so the staff in the office were able to sort this out. All in all a very enjoyable experience!

when i arrived at the long stay plus itwas closed due to the snowfall. I was directed into the long stay and parked up. On return to the UK it was just a case of stopping at the office to get a ticket to leave. Well done Gatwick for keeping things going!

We found the car park no problem. Even though very busy we did manage to find a parking space with eady access to the bus transfer. Coming back we picked the transfer back to the car park no problem.

The only improvement opportunity I can suggest is some kind of indicator at the airport as to when the next bus back to the car was expected to arrive otherwise the service was faultless.
