Did not realise that I had signed up for LT Parking Plus. Everything went smoothly with no delays, either on outgoing or return. Facilities were fine and very compact with car quick and easy to find on return. On the outgoing leg the lady at the LTP Plus check in desk gave us some very helpful advice with regard to the location of Thomson check in at the Gatwick N Terminal and the ease of use of the monorail shuttle.

Your staff were helpful when booking my car parking at Gatwick However, I was rather surprised that, on my return to "Parking Plus", I had to walk and find my own car - thought it should have been waiting outside the reception for me, (where you leave it when arriving) - would have been quicker to park normally in long stay and get off the bus at a bus stop right next to the car.

The parking on arrival was very good and the car was taken away very quickly, before we had even got on the bus. The transfers were very simple and the staff were very helpful. we arrived back quite late and with a baby but they allowed us to park in the bus bay to load the car up so that we didnt have to keep taking baby outside. Highly recommended
