signpost for parking area easy to see, although finding a parking slot not so easy. Bus driver pleasant, and knowing not long to wait for a bus once outside departure teminal is brilliant as just want to get home

Ticket implied we still had to pay when we left after our holiday which was a worry as we had prepaid. We didn't but it wasnt clear.

Parking at the long stay at Gatwick was economically viable and very convenient. Buses were waiting both on arrival and departure. Quick transfer to the terminal. No hassles at all. Everything went smoothly.

On both of the recent occasions we have used this service, the booking reference did not appear on the ticket and on the last the number plate recognition did not appear on the ticket. This resulted in us having to go to the customer services both times get the ticket validated. Other than that everything else was fine.

On entry to Gatwick South Long Stay Car Park, one barrier was no working with the other barrier my car index was incorrectly taken. On leaving the car park two weeks later it took us a over 20 mnutes to clear the barrier with two viosits to the attendant. Otherwise excellent as usual. Thank you

Easy as 123! We parked the car noted down where and jumped on the bus. On return, we jumped on the bus back to our car and simply drove away as we had prepaid.

Parking was completely hassle free and as the shuttle buses run every ten minutes there are no long queues. The driver on our return journey was very helpful, asking which stop we needed when we got on.
