Booking was very straight forward, and there was no extra charge for paying by credit card. Arriving, parking and being transferred to the airport was very quick and smooth. Our plane was delayed by 2 days on the way home but we were surprised and pleased that we did not have to pay any extra because the delay was due to bad weather. The lady in the ticket booth was pleasant despite the late hour.

More information about what is required at the car park ticket dispencer would be good... bit confusing when it dosen't show the booking details just registration number of the car ...perhaps this is correct but this needs to be communicated to the customer.

LGW long stay parking was fine, but on return it might be better if the driver asked where pax were parked. It would have saved a bit of time. Facilities were good and effective, the whole process was completed without talking to anyone.

Found it hard to work out where to go to get a prepaid ticket in the end we just got a normal ticket on way in and saw customer service on way out. Did waste around 20mins in the arrival morning trying to work it out. Will know for next time.

Booking the Long Stay Car park was really easy& upon arrival till the evening we came back... Everything was really well organised& couldn't have been easier! The connecting bus service from the terminal to your parking zone was brilliant,really well organised& the drivers were friendly& helpful! Would highly recommend it.
