Unable to exit car park at Gatwick South Terminal although ticket was valid. Staff in kiosk rude and unhelpful and treated me as though it was my fault. This is not the first time this has happened at Gatwick.

Bus took ages to drop everyone off. Realised I could have got off at a d stop and walked quickly through to c7 and saved about 10 mins. Otherwise fine and I appreciated the sign at the bus stop giving length of wait.

Perfect. Only "staff" I dealt with was bus driver. Slightly confusing on arrival to find all areas "closed" except D but no problem parking and bus transfer excellent.

Our car was not recognised when we came through barrier, but we only realised this when reading your documents on our return home, ie that we had pressed the button for a tucket. This was dealt with without problem at the reception before leaving.
