The long stay parking didn't recognise my registration plate, I had to use the intercom, take a ticket and when I returned I had to go to customer services to endorse the ticket to enable me to leave the car park, not a smooth process as stated.

Have used holiday autos on a number of times.Always been pleased with the arrangements made and providers at the overseas destination. Prices are competitive and vehicles have always been new or nearly new. Small point, on the last trip air con would have been useful, it got quite hot!

Booked on site parking in gatwick airport. On our return car battery was totally dead! Being a female alone with my 6yr old son this was scary. Rang HE and they advised me how to contact on site staff. Who were amazing. The guy came to help within 5mins and we were on the road within 15! V happy.

Despite my having prebooked, my car number was not recognised on entry, requiring me to summon assistance. The ticket I was then handed was not recognised on exit, requiring me to back away from the ticket machine and go to the office.
