When I tried to exit the Long Term carpark it told me I owed £170 even though I had pre paid through Holiday Extras. I then had to back my car out the exit way and go to Customer Service. The machine had kept my ticket but I managed to get it back. I showed the agent my prepaid booking receipt. He did not say anything just played with his computer , handed the ticket back and said it will be OK now and it was. I would be interested to know why this happened.

No everything didn't go smoothly I use you at least 4/5 times a year.This time was a bad experience I always allow more time ta I need.as I put ticket in machine it said underpayment of £15 I had to get out go to kiosk causing embarrassment and irate people behind.my paperwork was correct but it was poor.

Almost every time we book with you, when we get back home and get to the barrier it advises we need to pay. Sometimes it's because the registration number has been entered incorrectly by your staff, this time had an incorrect booking reference. Simple errors, no attention to detail and very frustrating!

Problem was that we landed at North Terminal although flight details said South Terminal. Nobody from the airline mentioned this fact and we all dashed to the Shuttle train to get to South Terminal to get to the Long Stay car park to retrieve our vehicles before parking time expired.

at 4am in the morning the barrier would not raise I took a ticket. On return I went to the office ad told two dour staff my problem they issued me with a ticket to get out.A smile would have been nice. There you go!

My booking was not logged with the car park. I arrived to leave car park and they had no record of the booking. They said they had had loads of problems with Holiday Extras bookings. Luckily I still had the email on my phone which they insisted on seeing. As I had already suffered a 5 hour delay on the flight I was not at all pleased to be held up even further at 1 am. Between you and Long Stay parking you need to sort it out. I have no confidence now in Holiday Extras to fulfil a booking

On the way out to exit the ticket machine said that I owed £125. I obviously did not as I had pre booked. This also happened to the person next to me in the other ticket machine. When I went into the office, the person there was not particularly bothered about this. I did get out after several minutes.

We always use this car park or the one at the south terminal when we fly from Gatwick. We did have a shock on return however...on leaving the carpark we put our ticket in the machine and we told we had to pay over £200. I always pre-book and pay before our holiday. I went into the office and the lady there took my ticket and sorted the matter, we don't know why it happened but was shocked.
