On exit from the car park we realised that the machine had misread our car registration on the entry ticket. Initially it told us to pay over a hundred pounds but we pressed the call button and it was quickly resolved and we did not pay as it has been pre booked with payment.

Everything was spot on. Very quick and efficient no hassle making phones calls and waiting. The drivers didn't wait till they got full buses they just went when they felt there was enough on bus. Excellent. 😄😄

Everything was very good except when booking and it was stated that there was no booking fee or credit card charge and I was then charged a credit card fee, this was refunded promptly when I made a phone call but added unnecessary hassle to the booking, otherwise everything went very smoothly and I would certainly use you again.

Quite a wait for bus pick up and bus very crowded. Difficult to store luggage, on this occasion cab would have been same price and more convenient.

I was at Bus stop 15, the bus was overcrowded, luggage blocking the exits and the bus stopped at every stop, I spent more time at the airport than I did on the plane, there should be smaller buses servicing each section, I will be trying Pink Panther next time it's even cheaper.

It's a little frustrating that you book a space but when you arrive you have to search for it, we were going up and down and around several times until we found a space, I did begin to wonder!

Extremely easy to park, very close to airport and buses were frequent. The only downside for us was the exit from the carpark which wasn't clear.

On the way out to exit the ticket machine said that I owed £125. I obviously did not as I had pre booked. This also happened to the person next to me in the other ticket machine. When I went into the office, the person there was not particularly bothered about this. I did get out after several minutes.

Our break went well it was made easier with parking next to the airport and transfer to the terminal. Staff were very polite and efficient. Upon our return it was all very easy and exactly the same only in reverse.

Buses do NOT run every 10 minutes as advertised - more like 20 minutes! On returning in the evening (dark!) it would have been really helpful to give some indication on board the bus as to which zone we are in and which is the next bus stop!

Easy to park and pick up bus, however when we returned it was dark and there were no announcements on the bus telling us which zone or bus stop we were at which meant everyone was struggling to see where to get off.

We were parked in zone G which meant that, on our return, it took at least 20 minutes to reach that zone on the bus once it had stopped at all previous stops. Takes too long to arrive at some zones!!

On arrival to park in designated zone we could not find any parking spaces as it was totally full,we had to take it upon ourselves to park elsewhere and then make sure the buses arrived.Could a system be employed that showed both yourselves and us drivers how many spaces remain in each zone and what alternative parking is available?
