No it did NOT go smoothly! Upon arrival at the barrier, the system did not recognise my plate & so I had to spend ages on the way out taking my booking to customer services for them to deal with before I could leave! Apparently you regularly do not complete your download of bookings to Gatwick...

We landed in the wrong terminal and did not realise. The bus we got did not announce anything so we were taken back to the terminal. Told to get bus in front that was wrong again and had to return to terminal. Would help if buses asked people to check north or south terminal and said where they stop. Took 90 minutes to get to car. Other than that really good experience.

Everything so very simple as usual. Find a place near to one of the very numerous bus stops, catch a very roomy bus and be dropped off at the point of departure. What could be easier!

Arrived at bus stop 11 waited for 20 mins used intercom and lady said that area was closed which it obviously wasn't. Lady didn't get back to us so we tried her again. Please make available parking more obvious and instruct bus staff
