We arrived back at 2 am with 2 children , ticket essential rehearsed when we came in so when we exited the car park it said we owed £125 ! As it was 2 am it was hard to talk to anyone in and get resolved fortunately I had additional paper work to show we paid - never had this problem befor I guess just one of the things just it was A pain as it was 2am raining with 2 small children -

Very easy to find the car park although it was so busy we had to park in zone F which was not very well lit when we returned. The bus driver described it as 'the dark side'.

A very efficient service which we had booked in advance (Long stay S.terminal. We travelled with my 84 yr old mother to Norway,we waited only a couple of minutes for the bus and the same on our return. The driver helpfully called out all the stops on the way back, and slowed at all the stops in case anyone had forgotten. We sailed through automatic number plate recognition both times and felt we had left the car in a very secure location for the duration of our stay.Would definitely recommend as an easy & efficient option.

The car park had no trace of my booking. Even when I showed them the email with reference number they had no knowledge. This was a very inconvenient delay after arriving in evening and wishing to get home asap.

Yes everthing was good only one slight issue there was only one barrier in operation when we was trying to exit and because 2 cars in front had issues it held everyone one else up not really what you need at 12.30am

The disabled parking could be better signposted and coming off the area to stop illegal parking is not a permanent solution. Can't you get additional barriers capable of reading a blue disabled badge?

You did not pass on my booking details to LGW South car park. I was there fore asked to pay £95 to exit on return. Luckily, the gatekeeper was understanding and arranged for me to pass through. She said there had been other instances where Holiday Extras had also failed in this respect.

Booking was fine. The signing into the car park via the post code was wrong. Also the signing to where to pick up the bus at the airport was very bad. Will probably stick to Manchester or Liverpool in future.
