i have previously used Meet and Greet but it often takes ages for my car to arrive. Due to the proximity to the terminal, this was a very quick transfer. There are bus stops all around the car park so you don't have to drag your luggage far at all. (Don't forget to note the location of your car for when you return!)

Easily located the long stay car park and a space. Bus was waiting at the bus stop. 5 minute journey to the terminal. Brilliant start to the holiday.

The only problem is the confusing signage on the approach to the car park. The signs for the car park are not seen until after you have passed the approach road and the postcode is not correct for satnavs you end up at the wrong part of the airport.

Apart from missing the parking turning, everything went exactly like the instructions. I did like the fact that when we got the ticket when we entered it had my name, that way we knew we were in the right place.

Disappointed that we lost our parking costs at Manchester owing to Virgin cancelling the day before because of the hurricane. Contacted yourselves but nothing could be done even after re-booking the holiday flying from Gatwick. Service overall was very good and Gatwick Long Stay a good choice. Bus service to and from very efficient.

The only issue was that the automatic number plate reader read my no wrong ( an O not a U) so I had to speak to an operator on leaving car park with my reference no . Other than this was easy and great value .

The actual parking was fine but the transport to and from airport was poor especially on return. There was a very long wait for the bus- 20 mins,there was no indication where to queue and when the bus arrived it was chaos. Travelling with my son who is disabled I went to front and spoke to driver who told me not to worry another bus was on its way. He didn't move off and the second bus stopped behind so again we struggled to access the bus. We did eventually board but only after a lot of aggravation and frustration which could easily have been avoided by some simple signs and barriers. The problem affected everyone with young children as well.

Would have been helpful if the driver announced the zones and stops. It was dark and the bus full so we couldn't see where we were.

When we went to leave the barrier refused to go up saying that we owed them a further £110 even though it had all been prepaid. This meant we had to go to the customer service office to get it all sorted. On a plus note the man who dealt with our enquiry was very pleasant and helpful and we didn't need to pay anything extra.

Very straightforward. Good directions to car park. Found a space easily. Prompt bus service to terminal. Our car battery was flat on our return and we were given a jump start by one of the team. Very good service. Highly recommend.
