May I suggest that if your customers booed quite often they would be allowed a free upgrade to the next level it may encourage them to use that service the next time

Very smooth, the only think is your bus stops sometimes say that it is drop of only and in fact the bus will pick up as well. So can confuse people.

I have booked this car park for many years and been very happy with the service, the only downside is the large fluctuations with your prices. I always go the same time and last Oct it was £56.58 in March this year it was £66.58 and this October it was £93.49, why the large increase? is it justified!!!

Arrived at 4.30am so pleased that bus came almost immediately. Quick transfer to South Terminal then took the shuttle to North. Drop off in different place to pick-up which could be confusing. Driver helpful and took stop numbers as you boarded.

safe and secure parking...transfers by bus to terminal 5 mins max i did make a mistake on my booking forgot my flight home was + 1 day so was expecting to pay for the extra day but nothing to pay when i went into the office as i had given my flight details when i booked..very pleased with the whole experience will defo use again and highly recommend to all family and friends

Facilities as described, only problem was getting out and onto motorway! Unless we missed a signpost we didnt know where to go, we ended up going through the airport drop off/pickup area. Don't know if this is normal from South. We have always parked before at North and had no problems.

When we collected our car and tried to exit we were asked to pay £140 .00 good job I had confirmation on my phone to say what I had already paid wasn't too happy at 1am on a cold morning to recieve and deal with this
