Everything went smoothly. Found the car park without any problems, good facilities, staff were helpful and friendly. Buses were frequent and bus stop were close by, also it was very quick to the airport so that was great

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Recognised by the licence plate and ticket was issued, short bus ride to the terminal and then on return bus straight to the car park inserted ticket and barrier was raised. Faultless and so smooth. Thank you.

The vehicle recognition didn't work on the entry barrier and when we left, it calculated we should pay an extra £15 even though we were not overdue our return time! The gate staff however were very friendly and helpful and finally sorted it and the overall service and bus transfer was great so this is the only problem that slightly let the service down. Not s major thing though and we would use again.

When I left Gatwick Long stay South the exit barrier would not raise and I was instructed to pay £15 extra. I did not stay longer than I had booked so I went to the customer services and the y checked on the system and i was told I could exit. I was given no explanation or apology.

I had to extend my parking by one day. I emailed Holidayextras whilst on holiday and they emailed me back straight away with an answer. This quick response put my mind at rest, very helpful.

When we arrived storage car park, it did not recognise my car. I pressed for assistance and they had no record of my ref' no. They advised me to take a ticket at the barrier and sort it out on our return. I was concerned during my holiday I would be charged again for parking. Fortunately this did not happen. They staff said this was a regular occurrence with holiday extras?? Not too impressed.

Parking at Gatwick long stay south works great. Starting with "Welcome Mr. ...." to a hassle free exit (within your booked times of course). Buses are frequent to South terminal. We have used many times for the convenience and smooth operation.

Gatwick Long Stay South terminal very near to departure/arrivals, so very convenient. Buses very regular with lots of space..

Such a breeze, pull up to barrier, take a ticket find a well sign posted open area, park your car and upon return get the efficient park & ride bus to your car park get in your car and pull up to barrier insert the the ticket and away you go!

Firstly zone A had no parking spaces then I had to go ZONE C near bus stop 6. But no bus was there even CALL HELP LINE. I was late then I had to walk down to BUS STOP 1. Where I observed that staff was closing Zone A. I was Lucky About min late because I took the bus same time otherwise could be min late

Booked our car in to gatwick lingerie stay south, easy to find, easy to park up and buses our regular to drop you off at the terminal. Really easy and simple system, ideal for us before and after we went away.

Everything was fine pick up & drop offs were great no wait time. The only thing I would say that when arriving back in the dark it's quite difficult to tell which bus stop is which.

I was asked to pay £125 on exit, which I queried, this was reduced to £15 which I queried, then I was allowed out. A little embarrassing but it showed that you offer good value for money.
