Everything was great, the only thing that could be improved is when the driver was dropping us off he could tell us what stop it was , so people could get ready to get off.

The pick up after arrival at the carpark was fine. The pickup at the airport was chaotic, it would have been helpful if a member of staff was helping to control passengers trying to get on the bus.

WE parked at long stay carpark South Terminal LGW. The whole experience ran smoothly. We were five minutes in the bus to the terminal and the same in reverse. No long waits either way. All ran like clockwork

Easy to find , found space quite easy bus was there waiting ,everything was good ,, come home bus was easy to find back to car and straight on to motor , everything was so easy ,, . Well done

When I put my ticket in to leave on Friday night, the machine said I had to pay £80! Luckily there was someone on the help button to sort this. Not ideal at.45 at night when you just want to get home.

Our car park booking was not on the operators system at Gatwick Airport. Holiday Extras was blamed by the operator for not notifying them but it could have been the fault of the operator. The fact is that on this occasion we were inconvenienced.
