being disable your drop off point is to far from the main (north) terminal it to far to walk so I had to call for a wheelchair and wait with no seat till it came, cannot you drop off disable personal at your pick-up point which is nearer to the entrance.

All went smoothly, as described, staff helpful. on exiting payment was requested even though I had already paid in advance so pressed help button> it was a bit worrying when phone did not get answered for a while, but it all got sorted in the end. Albeit neared to the airport once you are on a bus, it does really matter whether its for 5 minutes or minutes, so price isn 't really that competitive. could give a if proce was lower and more in line with other parking

On attempted departure from car park our car was not recognised as pre-booked. It wanted £155. I had to show my booking printout to the clerk in the office before I was able to depart the car park. Apparently I was not the first person with this problem.

The hotl room was outdated - dirty in the edges and cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area - needs a toaster and more cutlery - welcome pack poor and should include local stores - hairdryer should be included - patio area covered with cigarette butts from above but can not odds that but should have patio furniture which would avoid peeps throwing them down - back to bathroom - only 2 sets of towels but 3 of us staying

When you pre-book you don't need to get a ticket from the machine on arrival. This could be made clearer. Staff were otherwise very helpful.

Entrance and Exit to Car Park fully automated. Bus to Terminal runs frequently. Long Stay South Car Park very well organised.

A very simple, smooth and efficient booking process that was hassle free and worked well in practice. We had a journey fraught with delays and so it was a relief that the parking bit worked well and we were not charged for the extra couple of hours due to flight delays.
