Long Stay South Car Park were not informed of the booking by Holiday Extras. Fortunately the staff at the car park allowed entrance & sorted out the problem upon returning.

Although I had booked online with you, the Carpark tried to charge me treble the price quoted on top of what I had already paid. It was sorted out by the office but obviously the systems were not talking with each other.

Everything went very smoothly apart from when we entered the car park the car after us was issued a ticket with our number plate on, they said they would query it. The only other thing I would say is that the exit sign via the Hilton needs to be more prominent.
