A toilet would of been handy , after a long car journey we all needed to go . Having to wait for a bus added to the discomfort before getting to the terminal.

Badly lit at night. Lost in C73 for mins trying to find car. No warning in car parks of outside road closures. Took an extra hour to get home due to road closures of slip road onto M23

Wasnt particularly looking to book with hooosay extras l, was just looking for safe car parking. Was a bit nervous with the barrier issuing a ticket and wondered how it would know I had pre paid, but come leaving time, barrier went up and all went smoothly. Very efficient. Very well done. Amazing how some companies can get these things done so well whilst others just out to ruin ones holiday with extra charges in some way or another.

Parking was easy to find, buses regular, easy access to the airport. The only complaint is outside, on the main road, the exit Gatwick is NOT very visible and it would have been easy to miss the turning!

Our bus driver on the return was not as helpful as others, generally the bus has a display so as to know which zone and bus stop you are or the driver shouts out. This bus had neither and at 3.30am it's not always easy to see the bus stop numbers. The driver did take bus stop numbers from passengers before the were allowed to board

On last two occasions when seeking to leave the Car Park my ticket has not worked and the screen has advised I have an excess charge. On this occasion £80.On going into the office it was shown to be an error but hardly as mooth ending to the parking experience

the communications should be better I received carpark confirmation via email. On arriving took ticket from barrier. On return inserted ticket to open barrier however it showed that a payment was required. I had to call assistance explain that I had pre paid inorder for her to open barrier.

Arrival....perfect, return was a bit disappointing, the bus arrived within minutes....fine.....but then we seemed to go round and round the different parking areas and actually went out of the exit again before coming back in to the car parks.....took well over minutes so not to impressed....hopefully just a one off !!!
