only problem driver shut doors of bus before we had removed all our luggage, had to bang on side of bus to get him to stop, No apology!, just opened doors and said nothing.

I had to go to the reception to tell them I'd booked and paid online as when I put in the ticket it told me I had to pay £128! But the man there was helpful and just fixed the problem. Also my son was sick on the bus from the airport to the car park and the driver was really lovely told me not to worry about cleaning up, said I could go to reception and get a drink of water for him and made my son feel better.

Everything went smoothly with the long stay car park thanks. No issues at all. Waited for the shuttle bus for about 5 minutes on the outward journey and it was just arriving at the bus stop when we arrived at the airport so no waiting at all.
