Really hard getting out as when we enter didn't have our booking they couldn't issue ticket had to print one found on system but had to validate on exit. Queues then as all had to do then when they told you to go to certain barrier to get out they didn't do it

The return journey from the airport was awful. The bus tookmins to arrive (and that was from when we arrived at the bus stop - could have been longer). It then tookmins to get us to our car bus stop. mins all together. This is not the service I paid for !!

When leaving the long stay south car park on Friday, I put my ticket in the machine on exit to be asked to pay £95!!!! So had to contact help, after explanation that I had already pre booked problem was eventually resolved, so didn't run smoothly.

The car park automatic recognition system did not work, so I had to waste tome, joining the queue, and then proving that I had paid in advance. Everything was very friendly, but a nuisance after a long flight.
