Its so easy to get in the long stay car park well signposted and good directions to spaces along with the continuous Shuttle Buses to the departure areas

The service we received when booking the car for long stay parking was first class. Our parking arrangements for both outbound and inbound were also excellant everything went like clockwork, we shall definately use your company again.

bokking on the web site was easy. Parking was just as it said it would be. The bus runs regularly to and from the airport terminal. I have used tis service before and will continue to do so.

your bus driver was excellent as we landed back late on the wednesday of the big snow he got us near to our car, helped clear the snow from our car and then helped with the luggage . well done

Staff were very helpfull, service superb, especially when I had to ring from Lyon airport in France to say that we were going to be delayed by 2/3days due to the cancellation of all flights out of Lyon because of the adverse weather conditions. The lady who answered the call was most helpfull and reasuring and I wish I had asked her name......

All the staff were very helpful. The bus driver was very good ensuring people were on the correct bus. Snow was cleared from our Land Rover so we were able to get away with a minimum of effort. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely use Holiday Extras again.

The parking was extremely cheap and when we got home the car did not start as it had been standing for 28 days. Upon calling for help it was there within minutes and it was service with a smile. Excellent

Our plane was diverted to Birmingham due to the snow, our car had to be left in the carpark till we could collect it, the staff very very helpful and did not charge us any extra which I thought was fantastic

I had difficulty getting onto your web site and had to book my airport parking by telephone. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I was very pleased (and relieved) to find that the web price was the same as that given on the internet. The whole process was streamlined and everything went smoothly, (love the number plate recognition!) contributing to a very relaxing short break. Thank you

I travel to Europe at least once per month and it is a great relief to know that I can park my car with Holiday Extras and know that it is safe. I also appreciate the service upon returning to the UK which delivers me to my car in a safe and easy manner.

Everything worked well except that it takes longer as you have to check in and check out and then carry your luggage to the car (which is OK unless you have a lot!). But the price was very good

Gatwick Long Stay Parking was good. Altough we just missed a bus another one came along in 5 mins to take us to South Terminal. We had a very jolly busdriver, considering it was only 6am, who gave us all the necesary information about where to catch the bus on return, etc. On return we had to wait for 15 mins before our bus turned up to take us back to our car. Interestingly it was the same bus driver as we had on the outbound trip and he was sill just as jolly at 5pm.

Booked north car park then we were informed we needed south car park,Gatwick. Call Centre staff very very helpfull rectified the our booking requirements which took out a lot of hassle. very pleased with service and at the car park.

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and was concerned because I stated a pick up time. However I did'nt need to worry because everything was fine when I picked up the car and as always went very smoothly. I would always book through your company and as far as im concerned one less thing to worry about.

When our car battery went flat while we were in longstay parking at Gatwick the chap at reception jump started us and we were on our way home in 10 minutes - brilliant service!

Everything was great - just a thought to tell people that coming back from the airport to the car park the long stay buses are designated by zone - we got on the wrong bus (A, B, C, D) and ended back at the terminal to transfer back onto the right bus (E, F, G, H).

Directions were slightly unclear, as you enter the same place where a large £9 a day sign is; but otherwise service was good. There could do with being a bus that goes from the South straight to the North terminal as we weren't the only ones who had to get two transfers each time.

Booking online excellent; very user friendly. Car park Gatwick South easy to find - but the smallest spaces in the world and people had purposefully parked over 2 spaces to allow themselves more room (they should be charged double). Took us 35 minutes to find a space - not good when you have a plane to catch. Bus service to airport excellent though, frequent, clean and easy to find.
