We paid in advance so once we got back to the car we were able to drive straight out. No queues. Frequent buses meant very little waiting time at either end of the holiday.

Yea evrything was good. My only dissapointment was on return to car the bus first went to A1 A2 then D car parks before going to B6 so you would think B5 is next but no it then went to C car park before going to B5 what i wanted. But other than that is was excelent

Long Stay Parking Plus is an ideal way to park. No problem with trying to remember the correct bus stop. Staff very helpful and efficient. Top marks all round.

Could not have been any smoother. Parked in seconds, on the bus to the airport within a few minutes. Coming home we were back at our car within no more than two minutes of exiting the airport. Excellent service.

As usual i booked my car parking and airport lounge through HOLIDAY EXTRAS and had no problems. Got exactly what i wanted and at a time i wanted both at a reasonable price. Have use them in the past and will use again soon.

The only disappointing factor was that yet again, when we went to exit and put our ticket in the exit barrier machine, a message appeared as go to office as unpaid. We had paid by creditcard before departure

Because of the improvements to the road system being made at Gatwick South Terminal the Exit from the car park is not at all clear. We found it very confusing especially I think because it night time.

I booked to park at Gatwick in the long stay carpark at the south terminal. We used the postcode given, which cleary stated 'South terminal' to find our destination using Satnav. However we were confused when this took us directly to the long stay - north terminal car park. Our experience would have been a 10 if it hadn't been for this.

It was only airport parking but it was very good (except that there was a crash on the M23 so the coaches could get us from the airport to the car park on the return journey but that wasn't your fault).

Excellent service, never waited more than a couple of minutes for the bus. When our flight was delayed, and we over stayed on our original car park exit time, there was no extra charge made. Will definately use this service again.

We had to wait 15 minutes for a bus to take us to the airport, whilst about 6 buses on drop offs went past. However, there was a bus there to take us back to the car park very promptly and it was late a t night - so mixed reviews.

Simple and straight forward albeit rather difficult to find a parking space on arrival (appears we had the only remaining space on the plot). Buses frequent and reliable however the lack of seating, combined with the drivers rather eratic braking, made for a very unsettling ride back!!

Needs more clarity when arriving at the car park as there was a choice left and right at entrance, there was nothing saying prepaid on the ticket issued so i was undecided about going for the customer service kiosk or going straight to the exit on leaving

Everything went fairly smoothly. The drop off point at the airport was different than published but we were told about this. However we were told that the pickup would be at the same place but it was in fact moved back to the original place without any notice.

Very easy, smooth process from booking to parking. Instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow and I found the whole experience quite painless. However, one thing: we were not dropped off or collected from the upper forecourt as described on your website.

Dropping off the car and the transfer to Gatwick was easy. On the return journey to collect the car I had to wait for 25 mins for a bus along with enough people to fill 3 buses.

The service was reliable and easy to use. The only thing we would change is to make the entrance to the car park more visible, as we were in the wrong lane so missed it initially (and had to follow the road system a second time).

Generally, everything went pretty well, what we found a little frustrating was the fact that there were no trolleys either on arrival or departure to transport luggage to and from the drop of point to your car, or indeed any loading bays at the office to park and load your luggage on return from your holiday. I also believe it would be helpful if directional signs could erected further out telling you where to go.

Yes, all went very well. Staff helpful and friendly. However, for some reason although I'd paid online my registration wasnot recognised when I entered so I did have to check with customers services on the way in and out. I know however this is not a common problem, so will not let this effect my future use of your service.
