The room we had at the Russ Hill Hotel was awful. Our bed sagged in the middle, the shower dripped all night but didn't actually work, the toilet seat was broken and the sink was cracked. We shall never stay there again.

A very good service. Really close to the airport, buses are very frequent and the staff very helpful. All ran very smoothly. Would certainly recommend.

Easy, convenient and cheaper than paying when you get there... I liked the Number Plate recognition when you enter the car park, made it very easy.

My vehicle registration was not recognised so I had to stop at the cashier office before departing the car park. It would have been more convenient if I had been able to simply drive out of the car park

The instructions to the parking were 1st class and everything worked well, even though our flight was late back there were no problems leaving the car park and we were not charged any extra. Would definiately use the service again. Thank you

I used the pre-booked long stay parking option at London Gatwick Airport and it was the easiest I have ever used. Location was clearly described. The signage to the parking areas and transfer service to/from the terminal was quick and efficient.

Yes, everything went really well this time. I had remembered not to put a space between letters and numbers when registering the number plate. The bus driver was also helpful with instructions how to get back on M23. The roads signs are not very clear.

I was slightly concerned that we would be waiting for the bus coming home late at night, however, this was not the case and we were able to get straight onto a bus which took us directly to our car parking zone! Convenient and quick.

We parked in section 17 at Gatwick, which on returning home in the dark was a little confusing and difficult to find (it's not next to section 16!!), other than that everything was fine.

I have used this service at Gatwick, Southampton and Heathrow ad in all cases they were very swift dealing with my requirements. The parking areas are well lit and signed and entry and exit is quick and easy.

Yes ,yes and yes. Just one small thing -found changing reg . number for car on internet just a bit of a challenge but in your defence may have been because of unforeseen circumstances had to change it 3 times-could not do it the third time but staff very helpful at desk on way out of car park.

Returned home late at night. Bus was outside which was excellent. I was parked in Zone G Bus stop 17. Not many people on the bus but the driver went round each zone stopping at each stop. It would have helped if he had asked if anyone wanted a particular zone.

My only comment would be that the signage at Gatwick is not very clear as to which bus stop I should have gone to on my return.

Parking is easy and straight-forward. On-line booking service is really simple. Only negative is that the bus picking-up to return to the car at the end of the holiday was absolutely packed. Difficult to get on and off with all the luggage.

Everything went smoothly from parking the car to checking in the hotel. Hotel staff were all very courteous and friendly and the facilities in the hotel were very good. No complaints at all.

Smooth arrival and parking clearly marked. Much improved departure from last time we parked (although it would appear the car parks have changed hands?) straight to ticket barrier which actually accepted our parking ticket! Before we have always had to reverse at barrier and go to office for ticket to be certified.

On returning to my vehicle i found it had a flat battery,your staff were extreemly helpful in getting a recovery vehicle, and in the mean time they made sure we were kept warm on a very cold morning. Thanks again to all your staff.
