We booked Car parking at Long stay south terminal Gatwick and the arrival, transfers, return and exit were all hassle free, helping to limit the stress out of travelling with family.

Only problem we had was that in exiting we had to stop and have our ticket validated before the barrier would go up. I assumed having prepaid that we wouldn't need to do this.

excellent service. Our return flight was delayed by nearly 24 hours and when we went to the admin office at the exit we did not have to pay any additional parking fee. That's the sort of customer service that makes you want to return again and again.

We have previously used the valet service. This self park service exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 2.30am and busses were almost continuous. Very good and would definately use again.

Numberplate was not recognized at parking so had to go to get ticket validated to leave. Describing the jouney time as 4mins is fine if you go direct from/to your pickup point but if the bus goes to 6 others before/after it is more like 20 mins.

I have used Holiday Extras for Gatwick longstay parking a number or times now and although i find it quite exspensive for a single traveller it is a very efficient and easy way for parking.

Bus driver on return trip extremely helpful and made passengers aware of what to do if they could not get their car started and also ensured we all knew what stop to get off at.

The service at Gatwick South plus car park was extremely good.Although neither my wife and I are officially disabled ,we do have to use a walking stick and an elbow crutch. On our return the car was parked in the disabled section. Unbelievably helpful

everything was fine, but I did expect the car to be parked outside the reception area when I returned not in the adjacent carpark. I can understand this is not always possible at busy times but the parking outside reception was empty on our return.

I cannot recommend the total experience more highly. Booking the car hire through Holiday Extras was fast, efficient and cheaper than I could find elsewhere. The car park was well sign-posted and the shuttle bus to the terminal took less than five minutes

No 1 airport lounge was not as good as last year. Menu has been reduced and wine had no choices. Parking was excellent and went without a hitch.

I parked at the South Terminal long stay car park. The buses arrived punctually and I was impressed by the buses lowering mechanism which allowed me to pull the case onto the bus without lifting it.

This is the first time I have used the Gatwick Long stay. It was brilliant for the airport. My only critisism would be the driver... he seemed to take issue with stoppping at some of the stops. Apart from that everything was fine.
