Really simple to use and close to airport. We were concerned that we had stayed longer than w'd booked for as the plane was late, but this was not a problem.

Booking supersaver plus parking was supposed to make our life easier (at 4am!) instead we had to queue for over 20 minutes to check the car in & then queue for over 10 minutes to collect the car on our return. We will not be booking it again!

I only used this web site for the long stay car park at gatwick , as they offered a special price. All worked fine and there was no problem with leaving the car park at Gatwick.

The parking was great and we got parked and to the airport in 15 minutes which was amazing. We had two problems, firstly the car wouldnt start but a member of staff was available to jump the car at 12am at night. Secondly, we stupidly took a ticket despite paying in advance so the staff in the office were able to sort this out. All in all a very enjoyable experience!

We found the car park no problem. Even though very busy we did manage to find a parking space with eady access to the bus transfer. Coming back we picked the transfer back to the car park no problem.

we had trouble finding a vacant parking space but did after driving around several times. had to call into kiosk to get ticket validated before being able to get out. otherwise all went well and the bus connection was as good as promised.

Thought it would be quicker to use long-term parking, but prefer offsite as there was too much pushing and shoving on bus, and very hard to get cases out of racks. Also, waited considerably longer than 10 mins for bus.
