Return pick up bus delays and overcrowding on the bus was the only downside

The parking was fine and easy to get too. The only problem we had was when we returned and put our ticket in the machine to find we were going to be charged £230. When we questioned this on the machine a very curt and frankly rude woman spoke to us stating that the company had not informed them of the change of car details. This was not very good customer service I am sure you would agree. Giving us a bit of a shock. The womans responce was very curt and rude which I am sure should not be the case when it was not our fault. At no point was there any responce of sorry for the mistake. Not good at all.

Not everything went smoothly. On leaving the car park on our return to Gatwick we were told at the gate we owed £110. However, a helpful lady on the intercom immediately sorted out the problem, apologised, and raised the gate for us

We found it confusing to return to our car after our holiday despite taking note of the number of the row that we were parked in . There are not enough row markers and the bus stops are confusingly positioned .

The only downside was sitting in the bus waiting to leave the airport for well over 5 minutes inc temperature, without any a/c.

The 'parking' signs which indicate spaces need to be updated on a more regular basis. When we tried to park where 'spaces' were indicated there were in fact no free spaces so had to find another area to park in!

On our exit from car park we were asked for payment. Had to go to the office with our ticket and on line booking details. The woman there was very helpful and we were soon on our way. Did cause us a small delay.

We booked our car park very easily via the website and had email confirmation and instructions on arrival. We arrived at the barrier and it recognised our car straight away. Parking was very easy and the bus stop was right by where we parked. Bus arrived within 5 minutes to take us to the terminal. Arriving back at the airport the bus was very easy to find. It was a very easy faultless experience from start to finish.

We used the Gatwick South Long stay car park, which was not the cheapest, as we had an early morning arrival on our return. We found it easy to park and the bus transfer trouble free. We will use again in the future.

Have used holiday extras several times now as usual everything went smoothly parked our car and took our keys with us. Coaches into airport run regular and we were there within 5 mins, the same when we returned just perfect.

Everything ran very smoothly, the bus came within minutes of us parking our car and dropped us off to the terminal. Coming back at night was also very simple and straight forward process. Signs helped us find the stop very easily and the night driver was really friendly. All in all a great experience and would definitely book again.
