Very good transfers. Only problem was long tour around the car park to all the zones because we were in the last zone.

Staffs are help full, as we arrived minutes early & ticket did not came automatically but when I explained over the intercom, staff issued a ticket manually. On return, at the barrier there was no problem at all.

We were lucky to be in Car Park A Bus Stop 1 and promptly picked up even at 1.30am. dropped off on return first from bus, so all ok. Ticket was produced immediately as booked online and we had n otrouble getting out.

Service provided was as described, with no delays. Being on the airport is a great benefit as it only take minutes to get to the terminal. A digital display with information about the next bus due would be beneficial .

My flight was cancelled in arrecife and delayed by hours I called to let Gatwick south long stay know and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and informed me to speak to the customer service desk on my way out. This lady was there when I returned to my car and let me out of the car park. Brilliant service after a stressful hours

When we tried to exit the car park our ticket would not let us out, so I had to go to kiosk and the lady put it right, she was very helpful then we could exit the car park.

Signage good. Ease of access and getting to the terminal on buses. Staff met were friendly. Pity the camera only recognises number plate on the way in but not on exit.

Car park close to terminal however transfer bus was not as frequent as listed and by time it arrived I was running late for the connecting train to the other terminal. It was the first of the very hot days in the south which didn't help as too many people for the bus shelter. That's not not HE fault but the bus service. Check in and out of the car park was quick and easy

The staff were very helpful. Upon arriving back at the car park we had a flat battery on our car. After calling the assistance number one of the staff were out to us within minutes and helped to get the car recharged. Car park as described. Easy to find and quick journey to and from the terminal. Would use again.

No hanging about and when I mislaid(?) my car, the bus driver and the lady at the Reception were very helpful in locating it for me and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot!

My flight was an hour or so delayed and the car park ticket had expired by an hour so tired to charge me again. However, when I spoke through the intercom the lady there sorted it and I was able to be on my way.

Everything went smoothly on arrival, no problems at all. However a week later on our return, after a long day travelling, we returned to our car, drove to the exit & was informed by the ticket machine that we owed £125. It then took us explaining to a member of staff that it was pre- booked some time ago & paid in full. Luckily I had confirmation email on my phone & a printed copy of payment. Not what you need at the end of your holiday.

It was easy to find the car park. It was quite easy to find a space. The bus was regular and dropped us off at the terminal in quick time. Our plane was delayed so we did not arrive until the early hours of the morning but the bus arrived within a few minutes and then dropped us off very quickly.
