Yes thank you very smooth. Buses are frequent and bus drivers very courteous. No driving off when they have shut the doors and see you coming. They wait and open doors again.

Would be an improvement if there was a way of entering which car park area you're in when getting on bus then areas where there are no passengers could be bypassed to speed the process when you're unlucky enough to be in one of the higher letters. Otherwise it's a slick service.

Easy to park and quick transfer to terminal. Only comment would be to reinforce the message that the pick up on return is on the same floor as you come out and not downstairs with other parking transfer coaches - I know that you give instructions but if it is very late, you are tired and you are used to going to this area to catch the parking transfers then it is easy to make that mistake!

When we arrived at Gatwick to park the machine did not issue a ticket so I pushed the button to get one. When we tried to exit the car park I was charged £125. I did not pay but had to get out of the car and go into the office to speak with an attendant. Apparently by pressing the button this indicated that I had not pre booked. The number recognition system did not recognise the car number.

Transit bus couldn't be nearer the South Terminal exit. Very smooth, quick journey to Long Term car park and a very helpful driver.

Everything okay with booking in getting there,but coming home onth June terminal 2, we got the bus about 8.10 pm. The trailer bus was not busy, but the driver drove it like a formula 1. He missed one guys stop completely, and when it was our turn C 8 we were ready after pressing the bell, my wife managed to get out with her case, and my case was still on the bus, he closed the doors and was just able to remove my hand . A gentleman on the bus alerted the driver and I was able to remove my case. We are both in our late's but not slow or incapable, but this driver spoiled the end of our trip with his callous attitude, and should be reported.

There was a hiccup this time that the machine on entry gave me the ticket for the vehicle in front which meant a stop on our return at customer service / reception to get a correct ticket (not funny in the early hours of the morning). Don't use the right hand lane on entry as she said this should be for buses only (I didn't see a sign) and was the reason for my incorrect ticket!!!!
