Although the bus driver was friendly he should have taken us round the other way instead of giving us tour of the car park. No one left the coach until car park E

We are new to parking at Gatwick.. Holiday extra was simple and stress free. All info was clear and concise. Would recommend and use holiday extra again

We had to can due to our car breaking down on the way to airport but green flag could not fix so we tired to get refund but was to short notice so lost £79 then had to pay £120 for taxi not a great sysrt to our hoilday

Within 5 mind of arriving at bus stop the bus araised. The driver asked which park we were in and immediately drove us direcall there as no other passengers waiting. Excellent - could not ask for more!

Car park was easy to get to but unfortunately, when we tried to leave the machine wanted to charge us £125 !!!! We had to call to get our booking confirmed

Very smooth. Straight in, ticket issued from machine and on return, straight to exit, input ticket, barrier lifted and away we went. The only negative is that the long stay carpark road entrance comes up very quickly as you come off the roundabout and the entrance sign is a little bit ambiguous, being posted after the road you need to go down.

All services good other than a lot of time for passengers returning to car park retrieving their cases off of the crowded coach. No assistance from driver or other staff.Would make short transfer more comfortable

Everything went really well the only hiccup was I pressed for a ticket on entry and when I was leaving it told me I owed money! I went into the customer desk and the lady said I shouldn't have pressed for a ticket as it would have searched the database for a prepay booking.

Excellent car park - used before & will in the future. So easy, buses punctual & worth paying a bit more to be directly on the Gatwick South site. I prefer to keep my keys and park my own car so highly recommend this car park to anyone liooking for the same! Drivers very informative & helpful.

upon return to car, found o/s windscreen wiper detached and lying on bonnet. exiting car park, inserted ticket originally 'dispensed' upon arrival but was informed by the machine that I would have to pay £335, even though I had returned EARLY

the pick up and drop off service is frequent. We only waited a couple of minutes for each journey.The parking areas are well marked so as long as you take note of the row and pick up stop we had no trouble locating our car . Excellent service. Will use again

You can improve by adding number on parking spot. This can be easily identified such as ZDB12R04P26 Which represent zone D Bus stop Row Parking place.
