Really not happy!!!! Jet Parks had no knowledge of our booking and spent a lifetime both attempting to get in and out of the parking, it was only due to the kind nature of a supervisor we finally were allowed to leave, I will certainly not be recommending your service to friend or family

We'll sign posted & pretty straight forward from M1. Reg. no. plate recognition makes it a breeze with regular pick ups. The return journey was as stress free as the departure. Remember the letter of the area where you are parked after a holiday you can foget.

Place a large sign on the barrier gate tell us that there will be NO ticket provided from the machine and that your vehicle registration has been recorded by you cameras.

Yes very. Our return flight was cancelled so we had to stay overnight and returned following morning. When I spoke with the office they waived the extra charge which was grateful.

The carpark was as expcted but the bus stop at the terminal had moved but nothing to say it had moved or were it had moved to. This was only for the return part of the journey. We had no problems entering or exiting the barrier. When we found the bus stop the bus was just leaving and we had to wait about 30mins for the next bus which I didn't think was an acceptable time for the size of the airport

When we drove up to the barrier our registration was not recognised. However, we pressed the button for help and the barrier was lifted and we were given a token for the machine on our return. Good service.

We parked at Jet Parks 2 at East Midlands airport for a week from 12.2.16. We were left waiting for a bus to take us back to our car on return from holiday for well over half an hour. The place we had been told to wait was not operational and we found out through another services where to wait. A bus driver arrived from Jet Parks 4 and said he was the only driver on for all the parks as they were short staffed and we would have to wait till he came back. We made 2 phone calls to try to find out what was happening but no information. Very poor service left us cold and fed up after a lovely holiday.

All as expected however the barrier did not open as we approached but the chap on the intercom was quick to respond and opened for us. No problems when exiting. Might be a good idea to inform customers that the drop off and pick up locations have moved though.

Room not ready on arrival had to hang around for 2 hours then told I would have to wait longer till I protested so was sent to my room and had to wait a future 15 mins outside the room !!!not happy at waiting 2 hours to check in with Ryanair 5 flights all checking in 3 gates not good enough
