Get to the car park was easy and get to the airport too. When we arrived we found it was very busy to get on the busy as it felt like all the passengers on the plane want to go back to Jet 2 and Jet 1 car park, maybe it would be worth checking how many flights landed and if more then 1 in a 20min period and extra bus could be put on

Staff at the hotel were very helpful when asked, although the hotel itself didn`t accomodate for british tourists. The flights were very good,but there was confusion with boarding passess at the airport amongst the passengers as the ground staff were not clear with what they were requesting due to poor english. I also feel having to ask the hotel to print our boarding passess (as we don`t have the phone to complete this) is outrageous. What would happen if we stayed in an apartment? we would then have to ask the airline which would be more cost at the end of our holiday. This is because we couldn`t print them off before we started our holiday!!

Bus driver should announce arrival at jet Park 1 or 2,in the dark at 12.30 we got off at stop 2, jet Park 1 thinking it was jet Park 2. Second bus driver was really helpful though.

I liked the unmanned check-in and check-out - very slick - but it wasn't quite as described in the instructions, eg no ticket was issued. Also the instructions for finding the bus stop on return was inaccurate. I didn't see a JetParks office, only a car park information office. I would have thought that it was easy to keep these instructions up to date. But otherwise a really good system and good value too.

Directions to the car park were inaccurate/wrong, and we had great difficulty getting out (had paid prior to travelling) Inaccurate and wrong information at exit point which was very confusing, and we had to help a lone female driver at 1.30 a.m. in morning. You need to look at these inaccuracies asap!

Booking in at East Midlands was the only negative comment otherwise the whole holiday was great. Ryan Air only had two desks open for All flights which delaid us to the point we had 30 min to get through the terminal to catch our flight.

Didn't have to worry about list paper work as visual scanner checked the number plate. Plenty of bus stops do didn't hand to walk far once in car park.

I initially had to cancel my booking, this was ok. However the next day I found I could carry on with my trip after all and I booked again, even though I received a discount, I still paid £20.00 + more than I had originally paid. Not a good feeling
